Silvia Faria
Silvia Faria works with clients of Choate’s Business Department. She represents private equity funds and their portfolio companies in mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, buyout transactions, dispositions, and other strategic transactions and general corporate matters.
Silvia also has experience handling employment agreements, stock issuances for limited partnerships, and restructurings.
Additionally, Silvia is actively engaged with pro bono services with partner organizations, including representing clients in CORI sealing procedures and representing families in special education matters.
