Robert Buchanan was quoted in "PUC to Wait Until Aug. 11 to Rule on TransCanada's Motion to Dismiss Wind Power Case" in The Providence Journal, in regards to his recent representation of TransCanada in a motion before the Public Utilities Commission.  He explains that although he has no problems with a state enacting a statute for long-term contracts for renewable energy, he does have concerns about equal opportunity for TransCanada to bring renewable energy to Rhode Island.
