Carlos Perez-Albuerne, partner in Intellectual Property Litigation, moderated the panel “Method Patents and Cardiac Pacemakers - Proper Limits or Loophole?” at the American Bar Association’s 25th Annual IP Law Conference.  The conference brought together experts in IP law to discuss current issues in the field, and this panel examined the ramifications of the Federal Circuit’s en banc decision that the prohibition on exporting the components of patented inventions does not apply to method claims.
