Carlos Perez-Albuerne was quoted in “TiVo Case Creates Tougher Test for Contempt” in Inside Counsel, where he discusses the implications of the Federal Circuit’s recent ruling that creates new guidelines for finding contempt as a result of repeat patent infringement.  Carlos explains that although the ruling appears to make initiating contempt proceedings easier, it may make it harder to prove contempt for continued infringement.
