Carlos Perez-Albuerne, partner in Intellectual Property Litigation, spoke at the American Bar Association’s Commission on Racial and Ethnic Diversity in the Profession Minority Counsel Program.  Mr. Perez-Albuerne presented “Representing a Corporation in High-Stakes Intellectual Property Litigation,” which was followed by a round table discussion. 

The Commission’s goal is to encourage corporations to retain lawyers of color as outside counsel.  The bi-annual program brings together in-house lawyers and potential outside counsel for professional development programs, workshops, discussions and general networking opportunities.
