The breakfast was intended for representatives of firms serving growing and mid-cap companies, such as larger or regional accounting firms, banks, investment advisors, venture or private equity investors, boutique M&A groups, marketing and PR advisory firms, IT consultants, real estate advisors, HR benefits experts, clients and other business acquaintances of Choate and Tatum. Finance & Restructuring partners Douglas Gooding and John Ventola presented “Navigating Through the Crisis – One Year Later," and Tatum presented “Liquidity Protection.”
