Choate recently hosted a group of Swiss entrepreneurs traveling to the US for a two-week program organized by swissnex Boston. 

Choate’s program began with an introduction from David Rickerby, partner in Business & Technology.  Rees Hawkins, counsel, and Dana Popkave, associate, presented “US Entity Formation and Seeking Funding From US VCs” and “Key Employment Law Principles for Companies Entering the US,” respectively.
