Choate was recognized in the "Boston Competition Bar Survey" published by Global Competition Review, a leading international antitrust and competition law journal and news service, as an “Elite” firm—the highest rating given.  

Bob Buchanan was prominently featured in the survey, where he discussed the depth and diversity of Choate’s antitrust capabilities as well as the overall antitrust landscape in the Boston area.  The survey also identified Bob Frank as a “pre-eminent name in Boston antitrust litigation.”
