Choate co-sponsored and hosted Coming out of the Recession: Insurance and Reinsurance Opportunities and Strategies, a conference on how the current economic recession impacts the insurance and reinsurance industry. 

David Attisani and Robert Kole, co-chairs of the Insurance & Reinsurance Group,  moderated the panel discussions “Anatomy and Operation of a Claims Department” and “Legal Issues Attendant to the 2009/2010 Recession,” respectively.  Other presentations included “Settlements and Communications,” “Accounting and Actuarial Issues” and “General Market Conditions.”

AIRROC and PRO IS, Inc served as co-sponsors of the conference.
