Choate spsonsored the American Bankruptcy Institute’s 17th Annual Northeast Bankrupcty Conference. This event assembled a roster of the best regional speakers and timely topics that offered more than 8 hours of CLE/CPE.

Partner John Ventola spoke on the panel “The Assault on the Secured Creditor,” which discussed recent decisions in credit bidding and two recent court cases where creditors who thought they held large senior secured positions found out otherwise.
