Choate sponsored MIT's 7th Annual Sloan Private Equity Symposium at the Boston Copley Marriott.  The participating attorneys from Choate were Brian Lenihan, Lee Feldman and John Ventola.  The symposium, “Exploring New Realities in Private Equity Investing,” examined the evolution of investment strategies given the changing economic and financing environment.  This event included nine panel discussions which provided an engaging and interactive forum for senior industry professionals to share their views on highly relevant topics such as:
