She is charismatic, down to earth, super intelligent, and she works exceptionally hard.” Dr. Charles Lyon is a “premier life sciences guy,” with a “particular specialty developing and managing portfolios relating to diagnostic tests, medical imaging and drug delivery. He has a keen understanding of how to evaluate intellectual property and is a popular choice for IP due diligence assessments.” Andrea Robidoux “provides cradle-to-grave expertise to pharmaceutical companies, advising on issues from drug discovery to product launch” and is described as “wonderfully bright” and has “great vision.”
Eric Marandett, chair of Choate’s IP Litigation Group, was recognized as a “savvy trial lawyer.” The “inestimable” Robert S. Frank, Jr. is “a highly skilled and versatile commercial, antitrust, and IP litigator,” and Carlos Perez-Albuerne is an “experienced IT expert.”
The IAM Patent 1000 noted that Elizabeth A. Walker and Karen F. Copenhaver “win the market’s strong endorsement.” Walker has a “sharp mind that can quickly grasp technically complex material,” while Copenhaver is a “practical, accessible lawyer with few equals.”
