Choate partner and co-chair of the Government Enforcement and Compliance group, Diana Lloyd co-moderated the Boston Bar Association's Criminal Law Section program titled Subpoenas and Search Warrants.  The program provided practical strategies for effectively responding to government subpoenas and search warrants served on corporate clients and discussed how to respond to the government in a comprehensive way that limits disruptions of your client's business while supporting the corporation and its employees.  Panelists included experienced in-house and outside corporate counsel.

The Criminal Law Section of the BBA is a forum for criminal defense lawyers and prosecutors to explore practice issues and strengthen skills.
