Diana Lloyd, co-chair of Government Enforcement & Compliance, moderated the panel "SEC/DOJ Developments and Outlook" at the Boston Bar Association’s CLE seminar Securities Fraud 2012: Recent Developments in Enforcement and How SEC Administration Trials May Alter the Landscape.  The Securities Law Committee and the Criminal Law Section of the Boston Bar Association present this annual program to help attendees stay current with the issues and hot topics relating to securities enforcement.
