Doug Gooding and John Ventola Offer a Road Map of the Financial Crisis

Doug Gooding and John Ventola, partners in finance & restructuring, co-wrote “Surviving the Credit Markets and Succeeding in a Turnaround” published in Bloomberg Law Report: Banking and Finance.  In the article, Mr. Gooding and Mr. Ventola offer a road map of the financial crisis, including where both lenders and borrowers are coming from, where they’re heading, and obstacles to look out for along the way.  The discussion covers banks, obviously, but also hedge funds, CLOs, finance companies and equity sponsors.
