Jennifer Fenn spoke at the Boston Bar Association program "Quarterbacking a Transaction: Get Deals Done On Time,” where she discussed best practices for managing closings, including how to coordinate deadlines, demands and personalities when handling transactional corporate deals like financings or mergers.

This program offered tips from speakers with experience managing closings.  Speakers will discuss how to manage deadlines, demands, and personalities to coordinate transactional corporate deals like financings or mergers, and then open the forum up for questions from the audience.  Attendees will receive example closing checklists as handouts
