Joseph Zwicker served as a panelist for "Brave New World: Recent Developments in Federal and State False Claims Act Litigation" at the American Bar Association Section of Litigation’s Annual CLE Conference.  Mr. Zwicker’s panel explored the recent growth areas in FCA actions by the federal government as well as those brought by private plaintiffs.
