Choate partner Peter Palladino was part of a panel discussion on asset-based lending in the context of a US lender taking and enforcing liens on collateral located in the US and Canada.  The focus of the discussion was on the differences in US and Canadian law which affect deal structure, lien perfection, remedies enforcement, insolvency proceedings and distribution of collateral liquidation proceeds.
