Christina Care is an associate in Choate’s Business Department.
Prior to joining Choate, Christina worked in the New York office of a large international law firm, where she represented clients in a variety of debt finance and real estate transactions including revolving credit facilities, mortgage and mezzanine loan agreements, repurchase agreements and capital call finance facilities.
Finance & Restructuring: complex financial transactions for banks and institutional investors, borrowers and issuers in a full range of financings.

Choate represented Truist Bank as administrative agent and a lender in connection with a revolving credit facility to Teradyne, which designs, develops, manufactures and sells automatic test systems used to test semiconductors, wireless products, data storage and complex electronics systems in the consumer electronics, wireless, automotive, industrial, computing, communications, and aerospace and defense industries.
