Daniela Badiola Spanos has extensive experience representing private equity funds and their portfolio companies in a range of transactions. Clients rely on Daniela’s ability to come up with creative solutions to issues that arise during the deal process, and value her strategic and practical business-focused advice on complex transactions. Her transactional experience includes mergers and acquisitions, platform growth acquisitions, sales, growth equity and venture capital financing, bankruptcy sales, leveraged buy-outs, strategic transactions, and employment and incentive equity arrangements along with other general governance matters. Representative clients include Long Ridge Equity Partners, Sunstone Partners, Serent Capital, Copley Equity Partners, and M/C Partners.
In addition to particular expertise in the technology and healthcare industries, Daniela’s broad industry knowledge extends to experience in retail, manufacturing, automobile and food products, both within and outside of the United States.
