Jake K. Rosen

Jake Rosen advises banks, non-bank lenders, and other financial institutions that provide financing to companies for acquisition, refinancing, and general corporate purposes. He counsels clients in numerous industries on the structuring of such financings across a range of transaction types, including cash flow, asset-based, and other types of credit facilities. 

While in law school, Jake worked as a legal intern for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of PA.

  • JPMorgan Chase Bank, as agent and a lender, in connection with term loan and revolving loan facilities to provide financing for the acquisition of Real Salt Lake, a Major League Soccer team.
  • Truist Bank, as agent, in connection with a multi-draw construction term loan facility financing the construction of Acrisure Arena.
  • PNC Bank, as agent and a lender, in connection with a revolving loan facility to provide financing for CarGurus, a publicly traded automotive research and shopping website.
