Jay Curran

Jay Curran represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, as well as public and private companies and institutional investors, in a wide range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, recapitalizations, and dispositions. He also has experience working on debt financing transactions such as syndicated credit facilities, cash-flow and asset-based loans, first and second lien financings, high yield bond offerings, and subscription credit facilities for private equity sponsors, public companies, and direct lenders. Additionally, Jay served as law clerk to Judge Timothy S. Black and Judge Michael J. Newman in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
