Leah Milbauer helps clients successfully resolve their most complex and important disputes and controversies, including in securities and shareholder litigation, securities and derivatives enforcement and regulatory, complex commercial litigation, and white collar and government investigations.
During law school, Leah worked as a civil division intern for the United States Attorney’s Office, EDNY, where she argued the successful opposition to a motion to set aside the decision of the Commissioner of Social Security.
