Manuel Melo participated in the firm’s Summer Associate program in both 2013 and 2014. Mr. Melo received his JD from Georgetown University Law Center, where he served as a Senior Editor of the Georgetown Journal of International Law. During his second year of law school, Mr. Melo served as a Law Fellow for the Legal Research and Writing course at the Law Center.
Business & Technology: represents public and private companies in a variety of industries in mergers and acquisitions, securities law compliance issues, venture capital equity financings and general corporate work.
Private Equity: represents funds of all types and aspects of capital raising and acquisitions of target companies.
