Olivia Campbell

Olivia Campbell represents a variety of clients in Choate’s Litigation Department. She assists clients in the pharmaceutical and technology industries in complex litigation and intellectual property matters, including government enforcement actions and patent litigation. Additionally, Olivia has worked with companies in the insurance and reinsurance industries, advising in complex coverage disputes and preparing for arbitration.

While in law school, Olivia was a legal intern at the Massachusetts Office of the Attorney General in the White Collar and Public Integrity Division. She was also a student attorney at the BU/MIT Technology Law Clinic.

Representative Engagements

  • Assist in representing software technology company in patent infringement and trade secret litigation relating to systems for de-identifying data.
  • Advise global insurer in complex reinsurance coverage dispute concerning nationwide abuse claims.
  • Assist in representing global pharmaceutical company in federal False Claims Act investigation.
  • Represent Sir Paul Winter and Interested Scientists in filing amicus brief in the Supreme Court case Amgen Inc., et al. v. Sanofi, et. al.
