Mr. Boyd is a member of the firm’s litigation department and focuses his practice on litigating complex civil cases in both state and federal court.
While in law school, Mr. Boyd was a volunteer advocate for the Suspension Representation project, representing middle and high school students in suspension proceedings before the New York City Department of Education.
Complex Commercial Litigation: assists in representation of leading corporations and financial institutions in complex commercial litigation.
Government Enforcement & Compliance: representation of companies and individuals in government and internal investigations involving healthcare fraud, securities fraud and other civil and criminal regulatory matters.
- Represented plaintiff in two week jury trial resulting in a $5.7M judgement as part of three attorney trial team.
- Worked with major US financial institution to ensure compliance with consent decree entered into with Department of Justice.
Professional and Community Involvement
Mr. Boyd volunteers at Minds Matter, where he mentors underprivileged high school students. Mr. Boyd is also a member of the Boston Bar Association.
