Rachel Gants

Associate

Rachel Gants works with companies, private equity funds, and financial institutions to develop solutions for their U.S and international tax issues, and has particular experience with respect to real estate transactions.

Prior to joining Choate, Rachel interned for Judge Richard Stearns of the Federal District Court in Boston and worked as a tax advisor and financial counselor.
