Tyler Haynes is a member of Choate’s Business Department.
His practice focuses on representing private equity sponsors, investment funds and operating companies in a variety of financing transactions, including high yield debt offerings, securitization facilities and syndicated senior, subordinated and unitranche credit facilities. He also represents banks and other financial institutions in single-lender and multi-lender secured and unsecured financing transactions with foreign and domestic life sciences and technology companies.
Prior to joining Choate, Tyler was an associate in the Boston office of a national law firm where he represented banks and other financial institutions in financing transactions with private equity funds and technology and life science companies.
Private Equity: represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in financings and private placements of debt and equity securities in both senior and subordinated investments.
Finance: represents secured lenders, borrowers and equity sponsors in a range of financing transactions.
