Virginia Selden is a member of the firm’s litigation department. Ms. Selden participated in Choate’s summer associate program in 2015.
Ms. Selden is a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law, where she served as Senior Research and Projects Editor for the Virginia Environmental Law Journal. While at UVA, Ms. Selden participated in the Immigration Law Clinic, where she represented clients seeking asylum and naturalization. Ms. Selden worked as an Environmental Crimes Section Law Clerk for the Department of Justice’s Environment and Natural Resources Division in Washington, DC between her first and second years of law school.
Prior to law school, Ms. Selden worked as a securities litigation legal assistant in New York City.
