Will Griffin works with clients of Choate’s Finance & Restructuring Group. He handles complex financial transactions for banks and institutional investors, borrowers and issuers in a full range of financings. Will also has experience in representing commercial banks, debt funds, and other financial institutions in a variety of commercial real estate transactions.

Choate represented Pathlight Capital as agent in its $50MM senior secured term loan facility (“the Term Loan”) to My Alarm Center, LLC, and certain of its affiliates.
Choate represented a joint venture between Simon Property Group, L.P. and Brookfield Asset Management Inc. (collectively, the “Sponsors”) in connection with the Sponsors’ acquisition of substantially all of the retail and operating assets of J.C. Penney Company, Inc. and certain of its subsidiaries via a Section 363 sale under the Bankruptcy Code.
