Dr. Stephanie Schonewald to Review 2018-19 Patent Cases at ABA-IPL Annual Meeting

Dr. Stephanie Schonewald, Counsel in Choate’s Intellectual Property and Life Sciences Groups, will speak on the panel “Patent Cases Round-up” for the American Bar Association Intellectual Property Law Annual Meeting on Thursday, April 11. The panel will review recent Supreme Court and Federal Circuit decisions and how courts have reacted in subsequent cases. The panel will also discuss the impact these decisions may have on different parties and in different jurisdictions.
