Dr. Stephanie Schonewald to Speak on PTAB Practice Post-SAS

Dr. Stephanie Schonewald, Counsel in Choate’s Intellectual Property and Life Sciences Groups, will moderate the panel “PTAB Practice Post-SAS – What You Need to Know” at the Boston Bar Association on Monday, December 3. The panel will debate and discuss SAS Institute Inc. v. Iancu, the issues in view of recent jurisprudence issued by the PTAB and district courts, and receive practical advice on formulating successful PTAB strategies post-SAS. A cocktail reception will follow the panel.
