PNC Bank Provides $400M Credit Facility to American Eagle

Choate represented PNC Bank in its $400,000,000 syndicated credit facility to American Eagle Outfitters, Inc., a publicly-traded clothing and accessories retailer which operates over 900 stores in the United States and internationally. The proceeds of the credit facility are being used for working capital and general corporate purposes.
