Silversmith Capital Participates in $240M Series C Funding Round for ActiveCampaign

Choate represented Silversmith Capital as an investor in ActiveCampaign’s $240M Series C financing round. Active Campaign, the leader in Customer Experience Automation (CXA), will use the financing for further investment in product development, ongoing global expansion, and acceleration of partner ecosystem initiatives. The round, which brought total financing raised to date to $360M, was led by new investor Tiger Global, and included new participation by Dragoneer, as well from existing investors Susquehanna Growth Equity and Silversmith Capital Partners.
