An interview with Chief Margaret Marshall and Joan Lukey entitled “Moot Court for the In-House Bar: How's It Working?,” was recently published in Corporate Counsel where they discussed Choate’s groundbreaking Moot Court Program.  This newly founded program allows clients the chance to moot arguments being prepared for Massachusetts appellate and federal circuit courts. The Chief and Joan talk candidly about the success of this idea, how it came about, the details of the moot sessions, cost and the clients’ overall enthusiasm.
