Choate co-sponsored a networking breakfast at the 20th Annual Northeast Bankruptcy Conference in Rhode Island.  Finance partner Douglas Gooding was a speaker at the conference and discussed negotiation techniques in the context of a bankruptcy in his panel, “The Art and Styles of Bankruptcy Negotiations.”

The American Bankruptcy Institute is the largest multi-disciplinary, non-partisan organization dedicated to research and education on matters related to insolvency.  Membership includes more than 13,000 attorneys, auctioneers, bankers, judges, lenders, professors, turnaround specialists, accountants and other bankruptcy professionals.
