Christine Savage spoke on a panel at MassMEDIC's seminar One Year Later: Complying with the Massachusetts Gift Ban Law.  The seminar discussed the "gift ban" law which went into effect last year, requiring medical device companies to restrict their marketing and product development practices and to report to the state on payments made to healthcare providers.  Panelists addressed the law's impact on the medical device industry and examined the Mass Department of Public Health's implementation of the law, enforcement policies and company compliance practices.
