Stuart Glass on the Delaware Wal-Mart Ruling

Stuart Glass was quoted in "Del. Wal-Mart Ruling Seeds Doubt Over Records Demands," in Class Action Law360 where he discusses the effects of a recent ruling stating that Delaware shareholders were precluded from pursuing derivative claims connected to an alleged Wal-Mart bribery scheme because an Arkansas federal court had already thrown out a similar lawsuit.  He explains that plaintiff attorneys are now more likely to think twice about the 220 route and that shareholders may start making more demands on boards before resorting to a lawsuit.  The article also appeared in Competition Law360, Corporate Law360, International Trade Law360, Mergers & Acquisitions Law360, Retail  E-Commerce Law360, Securities Law360 and White Collar Law360.
