Eric Marandett was quoted in “Safe Harbor Provisions Broadly Construed, Due for High Court Review, Panelists Say,” an article published in Bloomberg BNA’s Life Sciences Law & Industry Report discussing the panel “Hot Topics:  Safe Harbor, Manufacturing Patents and Patent Term Extension Pitfalls,” where he and Dan Winston discussed safe harbor provisions and its potential application to patents used in the research or manufacture of pharmaceutical products based on recent and pending case law.
