Emily Hodge and Jackie Mantica wrote “Gov't Paying Close Attention to Patient Assistance Programs” in White Collar Law360, where they discuss the benefits of patient assistance programs and the Office of the Inspector General’s concern that cost-sharing subsidies provided by pharmaceutical manufacturer PAPs pose a heightened risk of fraud and abuse under the Federal anti-kickback statute.  This also appeared in the Health and Life Sciences sections of Law360.
