Karen Copenhaver, partner in Business & Technology, spoke at the 3rd Annual Linux Foundation Collaboration Summit.  Ms. Copenhaver serves as legal counsel to the Foundation, a role which allows her to help direct the Foundation's IP strategy.  At the Summit, she led a discussion entitled “Legal for Non-Lawyers” which covered a range of issues including copyright licensing and open source management. 

The Linux Foundation Collaboration Summit is an exclusive conference designed to tackle and solve the most pressing issues facing Linux by bringing together a cross-section of leaders in the field, including core kernel developers, distribution maintainers, ISVs, end users, system vendors and other community members.
