Joan Lukey was quoted in “Panel Voir Dire Getting Mostly Good Marks One Year Later,” In Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly where she discusses panel voir dire—the form of jury selection in which a lawyer is permitted to question a group of prospective jurors.  She explains that if lawyers use the order effectively, it prevents a juror from being able to hide his or her bias.
