Jack Cinquegrana was prominently featured in The Boston Globe’s front-page story “SJC Urges Change for Drunken Driving Cases.”  The article was prompted by the release of a 148-page report written by Mr. Cinquegrana and a team of Choate lawyers and staff at the conclusion of a year-long pro bono investigation into OUI conviction rates in jury-waived trials.  Mr. Cinquegrana was appointed Special Counsel by the Supreme Judicial Court for the study after a Globe Spotlight series was published on the topic.

Mr. Cinquegrana also appeared on Broadside: The News with Jim Braude on NECN (view the interview here) and the WCVB Channel 5 News to discuss the findings.
