Concepcion: One Year Later,” which appeared in Bloomberg’s US Law Week news service as well as its Electronic Commerce & Law Report.  Mr. Buchanan’s article examines how the Concepcion decision has influenced rulings involving arbitration clauses in putative consumer class actions.  He discusses what companies should consider in determining whether to develop a consumer arbitration program.
