Jason Lawler participated in the firm’s Summer Associate program in 2014.

Mr. Lawler is a graduate of Boston University School of Law, where he was a member of the Boston University International Law Journal.  After his first year of law school, Mr. Lawler worked within the in-house legal department of Sonus Networks, Inc.

Prior to law school, he worked as a consultant in the Disputes and Investigations department at Navigant Consulting, Inc., focusing primarily on forensic accounting, investigative due diligence, anti-money laundering and compliance matters.

Practice Focus

Business & Technology: represents companies in a variety of industries in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, leveraged buyouts and venture capital equity financings.

Private Equity: assists private equity funds and their portfolio companies with equity investments, fund formation and buyout transactions.

General Corporate & Securities: engages in general corporate matters for public and private companies.

Professional and Community Involvement

Mr. Lawler is a member of the Boston Bar Association.
