Representative Engagements

  • Representing a local developer in obtaining construction financing totaling $18,000,000 from a private equity investor, two commercial banks and public housing agency programs utilizing federal and state LIHTCs for a 42-unit affordable housing project.
  • Representing a local developer in the purchase of 27 commercial condominium units in two buildings totaling $4,200,000.
  • Representing a landlord in the sale of a 5-unit commercial office building totaling $6,500,000.
  • Representing public utility companies in municipal zoning analyses, special permit applications, franchise rights and other land use matters.
