Joshua Dilk is a member of the firm’s business department.

Prior to joining Choate, Mr. Dilk was an attorney at the Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C. Mr. Dilk assessed, reviewed and commented on a variety of transactional and securities compliance matters, with an emphasis on the banking, finance and asset management industries. He focused on registration statements under both the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 relating to IPOs, domestic and foreign, secondary offerings, business combinations, exchange offers, going-private transactions, proxy solicitations, confidential treatment requests and annual and quarterly reporting. Prior to working at the Securities and Exchange Commission, Mr. Dilk was an associate in White & Case LLP’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice group in their New York and Istanbul offices.
