  • Represented RBS Business Capital, as agent, in connection with $450 million secured revolving credit facility (as part of $1.1 billion senior facility) for YRC Worldwide Inc., public company providing range of trucking services across North America and internationally.
  • Represented Bank of America, NA, as agent in connection with secured revolving credit and term loan facilities established by Office of Commissioner of Major League Baseball.
  • Represented agent in connection with senior secured credit facility for multinational technology company.
  • Represented private equity sponsor in securing financing from United States and Canadian lenders in connection with acquisition of Canadian industrial equipment manufacturer.
  • Represented agent in connection with $150 million United States and Canadian senior secured revolving credit facility for privately held national retail chain.
  • Represented media sales company in connection with securing financing from senior lender and junior SBIC lender.
  • Represented agent in connection with debtor-in-possession credit facility for national retail chain.
  • Represented agent in connection with senior secured credit facility used to finance acquisition of national beverage producer and distributor.
