Samuel Rudman is a member of the firm’s litigation department. Mr. Rudman focuses his practice on litigating complex civil cases in federal and state court.  Prior to joining Choate, Mr. Rudman was an associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. There, he defended corporations in cases arising under the federal antitrust and securities laws, in M&A litigation, and in a variety of other contexts.

Mr. Rudman graduated from Michigan Law School.  After law school, he clerked for the Honorable Steven M. Colloton of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit and the Honorable Amul R. Thapar of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky.
