Zach Rosen advises private and public companies in numerous corporate transactions, corporate restructuring, and venture capital financings. Mr. Rosen participated in the firm’s Summer Associate program in 2015.

Prior to joining Choate, Mr. Rosen was a Judicial Intern with the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts where he researched legal issues and drafted memoranda on matters relating to copyright, patent, ADA, habeas petitions, and social security appeals. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Rosen worked in healthcare IT.

Practice Focus

Business & Technology: represents public and private companies in a variety of industries in mergers and acquisitions, securities law compliance issues, venture capital equity financings and general corporate work.

Private Equity: represents funds of all types and aspects of capital raising and acquisitions of target companies.

Finance: represents secured lenders, borrowers and equity sponsors in a wide range of financing transactions.
